Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 6 cups oats
- 1 cup toasted cocoanut
- 1 cup toasted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sesame seeds toasted
- 2 cups chocolate chips or half raisons
- Alternate: Substitute Toasted almonds and 1 tsp of almond extract for sunflower seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Toast coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds in a skillet over low heat. Set Aside
Cream butter, peanut butter, vanilla and brown sugar. Add Syrup, and mix remaining ingredients together. Grease cookie sheet. Press into a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and cut while still warm. Cut 6 rows longwise on sheet and then dissect 4 wide.
Store in airtight container.
