ORANGE TURKEY STUFFING

Ingredients

  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 1 lb. of sausage meat
  • 325 ml of cooked rice
  • 30 ml of orange zest
  • 30 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 ml thyme
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 50 ml dry raisins
  • 50 ml chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute onions and garlic for 7 minutes.
2. Incorporate sausage meat stirring for 5 minutes.
3. Add all remaining ingredients mixing well.
4. Cool and keep in fridge.
5. Reheat before serving the turkey.
