Ingredients
- 30 ml of olive oil
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 1 lb. of sausage meat
- 325 ml of cooked rice
- 30 ml of orange zest
- 30 ml white wine
- salt and pepper
- 5 ml thyme
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 50 ml dry raisins
- 50 ml chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onions and garlic for 7 minutes.
2. Incorporate sausage meat stirring for 5 minutes.
3. Add all remaining ingredients mixing well.
4. Cool and keep in fridge.
5. Reheat before serving the turkey.
