Pink Fluff Salad

Ingredients

• 1 package strawberry jello
• 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese
• 1 #2 can crushed pineapple
• 1/3 c. diced maraschino cherries
• 1/2 c. broken pecan pieces
• 2 c. Dream Whip (whipped)

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in 1/1/2 c. hot water. Let cool. When partially jelled, (about 30 minutes), beat until foamy. Add all other ingredients and mix. Turn into large mold. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
