• 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes
• 2.5 # Italian Sausage
• 1/2 C Beef Base
• 1/2 C chicken Base
• 1/4 C Italian seasoning
• 2-1/2 Gal. Water
• 5 # Cheese Totellini

Preparation

Step 1

In Stock Pot add water, diced tomatoes,beef and chicken base,italian sausage and Italian seasoning. Bring to boil. Place cheese tortellini in 6" Steamtable Pour stock pot over the tortellini add water if needed to fill pan. PLace in steamtable and serve after 30 min.
