14 Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• in large bowl mix:
• large 11x9x3 inch pan
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 5 med. eggs
• Add:
• 2 cups flowr
• 2 t. baking powder
• 1 1/2 t. soda
• 1 t. salt
• 2 1/2 t cinnamon
• 2 3/4 cup grated carrots
• 1 8 1/2oz. can of drained crushed pineapple
• 3/4 cup chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

bake at 350 for 45 minutes
frost with cream cheese frosting:
1/2cup butter
12oz. cream cheese
1t. vanilla
16oz. 10x sugar
