Roasted Asparagus with Prosciutto and Boursin Cheese

  • 20 stalks of asparagus
  • 20 very thin slices of prosciutto
  • Boursin Cheese (you will use half of a 5.2 ounce package)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus. Spread approximately 1 tsp of boursin cheese on the top half of each slice of prosciutto. Wrap each stalk of asparagus in a slice of prosciutto with Boursin cheese leaving the tip exposed. Place the wrapped asparagus 1/2 inch apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on the size of the asparagus) until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is slightly crisp. Serve immediately.
