Spinach dip in French Bread

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crusty French loaf
- 1 Tbl butter, melted
- 9 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbl shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped

Heat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place French bread dough, seam side down on cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter.
Bake 17-19 minutes until golden brown. Carefully hollow out center of loaf by using a bread knife to cut out V-shape lengthwise down center of loaf to within 1/2" of bottom.
Meanwhile, cook spinach as directed on box. Drain well, squeeze with paper towel to remove as much liquid as possible. In medium bowl stir together spinach, cream cheese 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, mayo, bell pepper and garlic until well blended. Spoon mixture into hollowed out French bread.
Bake 15 minutes. sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbl Parmesan. Bake 3-5 min longer or until filling is hot and bread is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.,
