Baked Bean Dip with Veggie Sticks

Ingredients
- 220 g can salt-reduced baked beans in tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons plain organic yogurt
- 50 g green beans
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large capsicum
Preparation
Step 1
Bring saucepan of ater to boil over high heat. Cook green beans for 3 minutes until tender. Drain and refresh in a bowl of iced water.
Place baked beans in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to bowl and fold in yogurt.
Serve with vegetable sticks.
