Grilled Pineapple & Scallops Teriyaki Kabobs

Fresh sea scallops are quickly marinated in a simple mixture of fresh pineapple chunks & teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients

  • 6 wooden skewers
  • 12 lg scallops, washed & dried
  • 12 chunks fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 c teriyaki sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soak wooden skewers in H2O.
2. Toss scallops, pineapple & teriyaki sauce together in a bowl & marinate for 30-60 minutes.
3. When ready to cook, drain skewers.
4. Heat the grill to medium.
5. Place 2 pineapple chunks & 2 scallops on each skewer.
6. Grill, turning as needed for 6-8 minutes, or until scallops are just cooked through.
