Baked Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups hot cooked elbow or medium shell macaroni (about 1 1/2 cups dry)
  • 2 tsp margarine or butter, smelted
  • 1 tbsp dry bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

In 1 quart casserole, combine soup, milk,mustard and pepper. Stir in macaroni.

In cup, combine margarine and bread crums. Sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 400. 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Makes 2 1/2 cups. 2 main dish or 4 side-dish servings.
