Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1/4 c powdered sugar
  • 1 c flour
  • FILLING:
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 t vanilla
  • fruit
  • GLAZE:
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 T corn starch
  • 1 t. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST:
Mix as for pie crust. pat in greased pizza pan. Bake 10 mn until light brown.; cool.

Mix filling and spread on cooled crust.

Top with assorted sliced fresh fruit. Use 20-oz can pineapple and 16-oz can mandarin oranges. Drain and save juice. Save enough to make 1 cup. Add 1/2 c sugar, 2 T corn starch and 1 t. lemon juice. Cook until thick.
