  • 1 1/2 CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
  • 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
  • 5 EGGS BEATEN
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
  • 2 POUNDS PITTED DATES
  • 1 POUND SHELLED WALNUTS
  • 1 POUND SHELLED BRAZIL NUTS
  • 1 8 OUNCE JAR MARACHINO CHERRIES ( DRAINED)

Preparation

Step 1

MIX TOGETHER DRY SIFTED INGREDIENTS

ADD NUTS AND FRUITS AND STIR TO COAT.

MIX NUTS AND FRUITS INTO BEATEN EGGS AND VANILLA

WITH A SPOON OR BY HAND.
SPOON INTO SMALL GREASED AND FLOURED LOAF PANS

BAKE AT 300 DEGREES 1 HOUR OR UNTIL DONE.
