  • 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Cooked & Cubed)
  • 1 Box (10oz) Rotini Pasta Noodles
  • 7-8 Slices Bacon (Cooked & Chopped - Save Some of Grease)
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Cups (8oz) Shredded Cheese (Mexican Blend)
  • 1 Can (4oz) Green Chiles



Step 1

Cook & Cube Chicken
Cook & Chop Bacon
Cook Rotini Noodles per Directions on Box
Mince Garlic Cloves
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
In a Large Skillet, Combine Bacon Grease, Garlic Cloves, & Butter until butter is melted
Add Cubed Chicken and Flour
Mix for 1 Minute until Well Blended
Add in Bacon, Milk and Ranch Dressing
Mix Over Medium Heat for 2-3 Minutes Until slightly Thickened
Add in 1/2 Cheese pouch (1 Cup) and Mix Thoroughly
Fold in Noodles
Mix in Green Chiles
Place in 2.5 Quart Baking Dish
Cover with Remaining Shredded Cheese
Cook for 15 minutes
