Little and Adorable Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

• 24 saltine crackers
• 1 lb thin sliced chicken breasts
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 egg white
• 2 tsp honey mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a large cookie sheet or rimmed baking sheet.

Place the crackers in a ziploc and smash. Place crumbs on a plate.

Cut the chicken breasts into a 1 1/2 inch squares. Sprinkle evenly with salt.

In a large bowl, stir together the mayo, egg white, and honey mustard until well mixed. Add the chicken to the mayo mix and toss to coat.

Press each piece into crumbs. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 15 min.
