Seafood Spicy White Roughy

Ingredients

  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • little cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

Season the fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little cayenne for extra pizazz. Lay 3 or 4 rings of onion, 4 or 5 strips of bell pepper. Pour just enough lemon juice over fish to cover the bottom of the dish. Put a teaspoon or so of butter on the top. Bake in oven or in microwave until done. Serve with a bed of rice, and sprinkle with paprika. Decorate with parsley and you will think ou are in heaven.
