Homemade Peanut Butter
Servings: 1.75 servings
- 1 lb (3 cups) dry roasted peanuts (unsalted or likely salted)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil
In a large bowl combine the ingredients. Stir with a spoon. Pour the oiled peanuts into a food processor. Process until very smooth. Store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
