Ingredients

  • 1/2 head large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

Scoop out mixture 1 tablespoon at a time and shape into oval shapes. Place tots on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
