Bread, French Toast (Malibu)

Ingredients

• 12 slices of Texas Toast
• 12 eggs whipped
• 1 (12 ounce) jar of orange marmalade
• 1 ( 8 ounce) package of Philadelphia cream cheese
• 2 quarts of fresh strawberries (trimmed)

Preparation

Step 1

Whip 12 ounces of orange marmalade together with 6 ounces of Philadelphia cream cheese (diced). Dip Texas toast in whipped egg. Brush oil on flat skillet and cook until golden brown and lay four slices shingles (toast) on plate. Ladle 3 ounces of sauce over French toast. Place side dish of strawberries next to French toast nd serve.
