Beth's Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 c. broken pecan pieces
  • 1 c. white or dark raisins
  • 1 can coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of above ingredients together and pour into 2 unbaked 4" pie shells.
Bake @ 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until center is done.
