Ingredients
- 1 30oz jar of Hellmann's Mayonaisse
- 5 oz water
- 5 oz lemon juice
- 2.5 TBS coarsely ground black pepper
- 2.5 TBS Creole Mustard (2 TBS Dijon, 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp hot Sauce)
- 2.5 tsp salt
- 2.5 tsp sugar
- 5 cloves of minces garlic
- 5 tsp prepared horseradish.

Mix together and refrigerate.
Can be used to marinate, baste and/or dip any kind of grilled or smoked meat.
