Ingredients
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 4 c. thinly sliced Napa cabbage (about 1/2 head)
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 3 tblsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tblsp. peanut oil
- 1 tblsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. oriental hot sauce
- 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a dry skillet toast sesame seeds until golden, about 3 minutes.
2. Combine cabbage & green onions in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl mix together the vinegar, peanut oil, ginger, sesame oil & sugar.
4. Toss cabbage with dressing mixture.
5. Add salt & pepper to taste.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
