QUICK & EASY GREEK SALAD

Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut in round and then into 1/4’s
  • 1/2 med red onion, in rings
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 4 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie Wise Feta & Oregano Dressing (or make your own with EVOO, lemon juice,oregano,etc)
  • I can black olives, sliced and drained
  • 1 c part-skimmed feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Add all veggies to salad bowl. Add feta cheese and dressing just before serving. Toss gently.
For a complete meal, serve with garlic or cheese toast.
