Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/2 cucumber, cut in round and then into 1/4’s
- 1/2 med red onion, in rings
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 4 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie Wise Feta & Oregano Dressing (or make your own with EVOO, lemon juice,oregano,etc)
- I can black olives, sliced and drained
- 1 c part-skimmed feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Add all veggies to salad bowl. Add feta cheese and dressing just before serving. Toss gently.
For a complete meal, serve with garlic or cheese toast.
