Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp natural honey
  • 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1



Mash bananas in bowl with fork-set aside
In separate bowl, combine coconut flour, almond meal and baking soda
Mix in with the bananas: eggs, coconut oil,honey, syrup and applesauce--mix with electric mixer
Spray bread pan with nonstick spray and pour batter into it.
Place in oven for 40-50 min

The only thing that wasn't mentioned was the temp to set the oven. I tried 375 and the bread was done in 40 min or less.
Maybe 350 degrees is the correct temp.
