Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Carrots
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp. Honey
- Salt and Pepper if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Steam carrots in a steamer; halved lengthwise and cut in 1 inch pieces.
Steam until very tender, about 25 min.
Transfer to a medium bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher. Stir in butter and honey. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
