Mustard Sauce for Meat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Mustard
  • 3 Tbsp Vinagar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp Chives, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingrediants, warm as desired.

Use to dip, or lightly sppon over meat of choice.

GREAT with Filet Mignon!
