Ingredients
- 4 – 6 thin cut Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (I like the ones sold at Costco) – or use regular chicken breasts and just pound them down thinner prior to grilling. Thin chicken grills quicker and more uniformly. ?;
- 20 1/2 oz. bottle Kikkoman Original Teriyaki Sauce, Takumi Collection
- 20 oz. can Dole Pineapple Slices
- 4 – 6 slices Swiss Cheese
- Leaf Lettuce
- 1 pack of your favorite Hamburger Buns
Preparation
Step 1
Marinade your chicken overnight using 1/2 bottle of the Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce, placing chicken and sauce in a Freezer Ziploc Bag.
Grill your chicken and lightly grill your pineapple slices on the grill outside, or in a grill pan inside.
To grill or to not grill your buns?? Your Choice!! I love to add some butter to the inside of the buns, and grill them just until a little toasty. ?;
Build your chicken sandwich… bun, chicken, a pineapple slice, Swiss Cheese, a dash of Teriyaki Sauce and lettuce, and ENJOY!!
