Ingredients
- 2 fresh peaches peeled and diced
- 1 small jalapeno sliced thin
- 1 pimiento diced small
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
