Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 chicken(boiled),cut-up (4 skinless, boneless breasts)
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 6-8 green onions, chopped
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 2 TBSP.(or more) toasted sesame seeds
- 2 TBSP. (or more) unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 TBSP. sugar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 TBSP. vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together ingredients for salad except add chow mein noodles just before serving.
Mix dressing ingredients together; double recipe for dressing; shake well and pour over salad.
