Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 C. + 2 T. room temperature water
  • 1/3 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 3 1/4 C. bread flour
  • 3 tsp. gluten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
  • 2/3 C. sliced pepperoni

Preparation

Step 1

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients, except pepperoni. Select basic bread setting. Bake. Just before knead cycle, add pepperoni.
