Ingredients
- 5 cups cooked cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
Step 1
IN a bowl combine the potatoes, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, carrot, onion and spices.
TRANSFER to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes at 350 or until bubbly.
