Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package 28oz frozen O'Brien hash browns
- 3/4 cup crushed potato chips

Preparation
Step 1
IN a large bowl, combine the soups, sor cream, butter, onion and salt. Add potatoes and mix well.
POUR into a greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with potato chips and bake uncovered at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
