Ingredients
- 9 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
COOK and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients except cheese. Beat until fluffy.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Add cheese and back 30 minutes longer.
