Easy to serve Mashed Potatoes

• 9 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 1 cup sour cream
• 6 ounces cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 teaspoons onion salt
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

COOK and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients except cheese. Beat until fluffy.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Add cheese and back 30 minutes longer.
