Best Baked Tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon oil
- 6 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon BAM
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 375. Lightly grease 9 inch round baking dish with the oil and set aside.
CUT the top third from each tomato and discard. Place the tomato over a bowl and gently squeeze to expel the seeds and pulp. Discard. Place the tomatoes in the prepared baking dish cut side up.
IN a small mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, 2T olive oil, parmesan cheese, BAM and garlic. Divide the mixture among the tomatoes, gently packing down with the back of a spoon. Drizzle the remaining olive oil evenly over the tomatoes.
BAKE uncovered until the topping mixture is golden brown and the tomatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Allow the tomatoes to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
