Barbeque Beef Sandwiches (Crockpot)

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. flank steak, trimmed
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 24 french rolls, split

Preparation

Step 1

Place beef in a dutch oven. Combine all ingredients except the rolls; pour over beef. Cover and bake at 350 for 5 hours or until very tender, turning beef occasionally. Shred beef with a fork. Serve on rolls.
