KIT****Taylor Farms Baja Chopped Salad

29/05/15-VG for both. Had as a main dish salad with 6 oz./170 grams large cooked shrimp, 1/2 an avocado and about 15 grams each of light shredded Tex Mex cheese and a few beanito black bean nacho chips on the side. Yummy.
11/08/12 - Update - Again as a main dish, this time with 1 Costco cod filet, dusted with Taco Potion #19 and fried, shredded overtop and split between us.
26/03/16 - Update - With 4 ounces shredded chicken (I used chicken marinated in lime, olive oil and taco spice blend from recipe for Chipotle's Chicken Burrito Bowl) half an avocado and about 20 grams each of light shredded Tex Mex cheese
