Ingredients
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 15 ounce can Pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 stick margarine or butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Add first 4 ingredients in a bowl mixing well.
Separately mix all dry ingredients together. Add to the pumpkin mixture, blending well. Pour into a greased sheet cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frosting: Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, chopped nuts and vanilla. Spread over completely cooled cake.
Cut into bars.
