Ingredients
- 1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges
- 1 can (8oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg (6oz) orange gelatin
- 1 pint orange sherbet, softened
- 2 bananas, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Drain oranges and pineapple, reserving juices. Set orange and pineapple aside. Add water to juices to measure 2 cups. Place in a saucepan and bring to a boil; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Stir in sherbet until smooth. Chill until partially set (watch carefully). Fold in oranges, pineapple and bananas. Pour into a 6 cup mold coated with nonstick cooking spray. Chill until firm.
