Ingredients
- 8 ounces of water
- 3 cups of cubed watermelon
- 2 cups of cubed honeydew melon
- 2 cups of cubed pineapple (fresh if you want juice and frozen for a smoothie)
- 1 pitted medjool date cut into several pieces
