nutbutter - Chocolate Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups almonds
  • 1/3 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt, plus additional for taste

Preparation

Step 1

Process the almonds in the food processor or until completely smooth, 10 to 15 minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.

Add the chocolate chips to the processor. The heat from the nuts and the motor will melt them perfectly.

Add the salt and process for another 2 minutes.

Add more salt as needed for taste.
