Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 large can full fat coconut milk plus 1 can water
- 4 fat TBSP. good quality cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 TBSP agave syrup
- 1/2 to 1 tsp food grade glycerine (prevents solid freezing)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine in blender 3 large ripe bananas, 1 large can full fat coconut milk plus 1 can of water, 4 fat tablespoons of good quality cocoa power, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons or to taste agave syrup, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon food grade glycerine (optional but it does keep the pops from freezing rock solid) Blend well, chunks for texture are fine but hard to get through a funnel, pour into bags and freeze for 3-4 hours
