Triple Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 box deep chocolate or Devil's food cake mix
• 1 4oz box fudge instant chocolate pudding
• 3/4 cup sour cream or buttermilk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup chopped, toasted almonds
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 4 eggs
• 3 tablespoons almond liqueur
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• Glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 10-inch bundt pan and dust with cocoa.

Place all ingredients except chocolate chips and nuts in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Mix in chocolate chips and almonds. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Great with unsweetened whipped cream or ice cream!
