Espresso Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 each large eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup instant coffee powder
  • powdered sugar for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 375. In a bowl, beat eggs lilghtly. Stir in butter and sour cream. Add cake mix, brown sugar and coffee powder; mix thoroughly. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan.

BAKE for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then turn onto wire rack and cool completely. Dust cooled cake with powdered sugar to serve.
