French Toast Bundt

Ingredients

  • 24 each frozen dinner rolls (dough), thawed, still cold
  • 2 each egg whites
  • 1/3 cup liquid Hazlenut coffee creamer
  • 1/4 cup log cabin syrup
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Preparation

Step 1

CUT rolls in half.

MIX other ingredients in a bowl. Dip rolls in mixture and place in bundt pan sprayed with PAM. Pour remaining mixture over rolls. Re-cover with wrap and let rise at room temperature until rolls reach the top of the pan.

REMOVE wrap and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter. Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice and serve with additional syrup if desired.
