Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage, cooked,crumbled
  • 6 each eggs maybe up to 8, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

COOK and crumble sausage.

MIX all remaining ingredients with sausage. Pour into 9x13 pyres and refrigerate 12 hours.

BAKE at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
