Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound flank steak
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large resealable bag combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
2. Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over medium hot heat for 6-8 minutes or until each side reaches desired doneness.
