Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans, undrained
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 (12 ounce) package Portuguese sausage (Linguica), sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) box elbow macaroni, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground beef until done.
Add tomato sauce beans, chili powder, sausage, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on medium-low for 20 minutes. Stir in macaroni.
Cover and cook on medium until heated through.
Let stand for 1/2 hour and serve.
