Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into 12 strips
  • 2 T honey mustard
  • 2 T buttermilk
  • 1/2 c breadcrumbs
  • 6 T BBQ sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix together honey mustard and buttermilk.

Dip chicken breast in mixture then dip in breadcrumbs.

Place chicken on cookie sheet. Bake 6 mins on each side.

Serve with BBQ sauce.
