Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 3/4 Cup Plain dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Water
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Packet Lipton Onion Soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-Heat over to 350 degrees

You will need two large bowls

In bowl one, Mix dry ingredients (Bread crumbs & Soup mix) then add water and stir in eggs and ketchup, mix thoroughly, then

In bowl 2; mix ground beef with contents of bowl #1. (When mixing ground beef, nothing works as well as getting your hands dirty)

Shape meat into loaf; If you have a draining type meatloaf pan I suggest that or use cookie sheet or roasting pan and cook for 60 minutes. Propping the loaf up a bit out of the pan helps with allowing the grease to drain from your meatloaf.
