Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 TBSP. lemon juice
- 1 TBSP. tarragon vinegar
- 1 tsp. parsley
- dash-cayenne pepper
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion juice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter until hot, but not boiling. Place all other ingredients in blender. With blender on, pour butter very slowly in thin stream into blender. Makes a rather thick sauce.
