Peaches & Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3-oz. pkg. cook & serve vanilla pudding mix
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 16-oz. can sliced peaches, drained and 5 T. juice reserved
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Garnish: cinnamon-sugar to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate. Arrange peach slices on top; set aside. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and reserved juice for 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
